SHIPPING

EXHIBEO online orders are dispatched via Australia post express with signature on delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your package. You will be notified when your parcel is on its way.

Click and collect instore is available. Orders can be collected at EXHIBEO, 10am - 5pm Wednesday - Saturday.

RETURNS

Pierced earrings cannot be returned.

All other jewellery pieces purchased from EXHIBEO’S online (or retail store) may be returned for credit or exchange if unworn, in saleable condition and within 14 days of dispatch date.

Once a return has been received and its condition assessed, an EXHIBEO credit will be issued. Credits can be used in our retail store and online at exhibeo.com.au and are valid for a period of 12 months.

EXHIBEO does not accept returns if products are:

·      Not returned in their original condition

·      Returned outside of the specified return timeframe

EXHIBEO reserves the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the above occur. 

REPAIR RETURNS

Repair fees depend on the nature of the repair. Please call our studio to discuss your needs.

If you are returning an item for repair via post, your item(s) must be returned in protective packaging, carefully secured to avoid damage in transit.

REPAIR SHIPPING

Outside our manufacturer’s warranty, (12 months) it is at the customers expense to safely return piece(s) to EXHIBEO.
